Need advice and comments about a name and style change.

Hello all.
I have the feeling that styl-x is dead. I get enough customers, thats not the problem however it isn't the business style I am looking for. I am already working on a new design for styl-x and I was also thinking about a new name. Lately I get alot of customers that want to order 'brand identity'.
This is what I want my new company to be focused on, but I also want to keep the skinning part of the business.
I already got a few designers and coders that would be intrested in participating in this new project and they are feeling the same way about it, I just want to have some second opinions.
This is the idea: (and believe me, I WILL sue you if you steal it
)
The new name will be: SKINDICATE
Our slogan will be: Because the extra mile is our standard.

I wasn't aware of that fact... I will email treetog and dangeruss to ask if they are ok if I use it.
It dasn't have to be skinning related. Just something short and "catchy".
