High Contrast?

As a visually impaired person, I need to use the Windows "High Contrast-Black" appearance. Has anyone done a skin that does approximately the same thing. The colors matter little as long as
1. the predominant colors are dark
2. the text are light with a high contrast to their back
3. button and scroll objects are bordered with a contrasting color

WindowBlinds could be a godsend to people with low vision If the proper skins are available.

Will Mullen - since my minimal skin submitted for the GUIO has been likened to the High contrast setting in windows, I suppose it could be easily inverted to give white on black instead of the current black on white.

However, it would also need all the small controls in it scaling up, so more work than I can take on right now...it's certainly a good suggestion though, and one crying out for someone to make something for.

I might even suggest that there could be a market for people to sell things like this if they did it well. Where I work, we have to be very aware not to discriminate against people because of their abilities, and being able to do something even better than the built in Windows settings could be applicable in many industries.
