okay this might seem dumb, but can someone make me a Windows 95 or Windows 98 theme for windowblinds if so me a line at [email protected]

Erm...you can get this effect (or near as), by choosing classic options in XP...or do you have something specific in mind? Do you need the Start menu to actually say Windows 98 for instance?

How would it look any different than Windows without Windowblinds running?? If you're using XP just use Windows Classic and it's exactly like Win98.

The only thing you could really do is find an Win95 icon set and the set your screen resolution 640x480 and 256 colors and the menu thing mentioned by Sput.
