Hmmm, something funny about the ratings.

For the last couple of days I've noticed that the wallpaper library has gotten very peculiar ratings.
All new designs start out with the average rating (6-7) and then all of the sudden, almost simultaneously they to way below average scores (3-4)
Is this a one person's action or are the designs really that bad for multiple users to rate them low?
I've haven’t seen this many low ratings on an every day basis since I've been here. I don’t know it all just looks too weird to me.
