Start11 Backup not restoring Taskbar pins

Before formatting my PC I've exported the settings to a file, but when I imported back, it lost the apps I've pinned to the taskbar.
Everything else is back so thanks for that feature :)

Moved to Start Menu Products area

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more details,

  1. Windows 10 or 11? And version and OS Build number. Before and after reformatting. Use Winver.exe.
  2. Start11 version installed.
  3. Do the pinned applications gone from the taskbar, or it still appear but only generic icons with not working links?
  4. Screenshot might help us understand the lost link apps better. Perhaps the location on the app changes on the new reformatted system.

Taskbar pins are an OS thing not a Start11 one so are not backed up as physical files on the HD.

Ok. I Thought as I pinned by the Start11 it has something to do with it.
