Installing WindowsBlinds for 98

Hi,
i want to install Souluna at https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=1&SkinID=3767 but i need to install windowblinds dont i? But the one ive seen if for XP/2000 if you could give me the website or something to help me im so angry

Don't know which version is linked by Apo, but for Win98 you should ask ALSO for version 3.51.053 JIMB01 (which as not as much features as the latest version 4.20) but which run nicelly under Win98 ...
