how to uninstall lite step

one of my friends tried the lite step in my computer, and -no offend- but i wish everything will be change to normal. now i don't even understand my own computer, so can you tell me how to uninstall this lite step and make it back to normal?

Satan's Child - Had a Nondisjunction for WB almost completed for the GUI olympics (except for the transfer animations, large glyphs, and the system buttons) and then had a catastrophic hard-drive failure. Everything lost. 2gigs of scientific data from my lab, 5 Aston-Shell themes, a sysmetrix skin, and Nondisjunction WB.

Moral(s) of the story? 1) Toshiba's QC is lax (the laptop was less than 4 months old). 2) BACKUP YOUR DATA FREQUENTLY!!!

Let me reiterate: BACKUP YOUR DATA FREQUENTLY!!! Loss of data is one thing. Loss of creative endeavors is a loss that's hard to deal with.

Perhaps he just can't get to the internet with his LS install. Have had that one before.

oh so true...been there and unhapilly done that .....
