Account gone, recreated, no access to keys

Error message indicate no products attached to my email address

Before the network failure, I purchased 5 user key packs for Fences and Start11. Today, I found that my account was one of the missing accounts. I was no a recently created account. I have been a Stardock customer for many years. I now have just an account. No order history. However, I've been getting updates. Now on one of my pc's, Fences has an expired key. I can't get access to the keys I've purchased. I can't find an email address to report this problem. What do I need to do.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. This look like an account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "ask a queston" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
