Hello, I was trying to reinstall Demigod from my Steam account recently and when I sign into the Stardock account registration I am getting an error:"The serial number you have entered is invalid for 'Demigod". Please check the serial and try again."Is this related to the recent outage I read about? Do I just need to wait longer?
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. From what I know if you purchase via Steam, installation and activation should only be done via Steam. No serial number needed.

To raise support ticket, please use the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
