SysMetrix help needed. Thanks in advance.

I asked this question on another thread of the Help Discussion board, but its taking long to get an answer, so perhaps I have better luck here

How exactly can I configure SysMetrix to check my Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook?
I mean, where and what settings do I use?
When I open the Configuration window and click on Email Accounts I get the following fields

-Description:
-Server:
-Login:
-Password:
-Last Check:
-Last Error:
-Msg Info:

What do I put on those fields?

WinCustomize Forums Top

Description: what ever u want to call the e mail account
Server: mail server settings . example = mail.bresnan.net
Login:your e mail account addy
Password: the password used to access the account
the rest are entered by sysmtrix
