It's pretty ridiculous that I can't respond to a post more than once. I'm a licensed user of your software, but I keep getting blocked when I attempt to follow up on additional testing for problems I'm having.
Can't you at least implement a moderation queue? Don't you want your users to participate here?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Yes, I understand your frustration. There are some sort of rules set to filter out Spammer. I am not sure how or what are the rules here. The response limitation generally lasts 24 hours for the reason basj cited. Honestly, there's no 'hostility' involved.
