Just started with the themes and i already have a problem.

okay i just got desktopX. and i download the theme called "hipnose atomic" and it's good so far. i'm customize it to my likings and such. but the problem is that i can't get any windows to open full screen. they stop about an inch from teh bottom.

is there any way to fix this?

also, on a less important question. if anyone else has used this theme. i am wondering how i can unconnect some of the icons. i want to move the PC icon but it takes several others with it...is there anyway to move on at a time?

thanks in advance.

To answer your first question, right click on the DX tray icon and 'Configure Desktop X'. (If you don't see that option, 'Switch to Edit Mode', then right click the tray icon again.) In the Desktop X Settings dialogue which pops open, on the Desktop tab, click on the 'Work Area' button. In the Work Area options dialogue, uncheck the box for 'Reduce work area'.

Are you sure that you have spelled the name of the theme correctly in your first post? Because I can not find the theme anywhere under that name.

Do you mean Citomic Hipnose?

Taking a guess here in the absence of further information, in answer to your second question, while in Edit Mode, right click the object and 'Ungroup'. That should free the object so you can move it independently.

i'm sorry about the lack of extra information.

thank you for explaining how to reduce the work area. that worked perfectly.

yes, i'm sorry i miss named it. it is Citomic Hipnose.

and i tried to ungroup it. but that option isn't available, even in edit mode.
