Mulitiplicity 4 beta 3 issues

Beta liscence wont transfer

So I had the Multiplicity ver. 4, beta 3 on my old computer, and I was trying to transfer it to my new computer (mind you I have already paid the upgrade fee) and now when I put it on my new PC, its just saying version 4, and its making me pay for a new beta license, even though I have already paid for it back in October of last year.

Please Assist.

THANK YOU .

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you go to your product account page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Do you see Multiplicity 4 listed in there? And do you see a Beta Download link button appear there? If it is not, please post a screenshot of what you see on your account product page. Please make sure to black out those license keys before posting it.

Thank you.

I believe currently there is no Multiplicity 4 Beta release. Multiplicity 4.0.0.4 is the latest released. Refer here: https://www.stardock.com/products/multiplicity/history.

I bought a beta version for $37 . and now that link is making me pay again for the same beta version, I can provide you the receipt if you need. But I am NOT GOING to pay again for a beta version, just because I moved it to another computer because I made my new computer the primary computer and make the one with the beta license the secondary.

Did you pay by paypal?  The license may be associated with that email address if different.

If you purchased v4 beta then worry not it is still valid for v4 release as well.

I think what is happening is that you need to deactivate multiplicity 4 on you old pc. You can do this by clicking the (...) at the end of your license code in your downloads.

Multiplicity only allows 1 master pc at one time that can control others via KVM

I already did that, but the computer that was the orignal primary computer has Multiplicity V4, beta 2 on it, and the new computer that is the new primary computer, is just Multiplicity 4, and if I want the Beta on there, I would have to repay for it again.

End of GhostDogg227's quote

You license will be good for all versions of Multiplicity 4 (betas and releases).

Multiplicity 4 is now out of beta so you won't find that version anywhere unless you have an old installer.

It is possible the your license key and email address aren't matching up (they both do need to match correctly in order to activate). Did you have a different email address used when you purchased the beta?

What actually the issue? If you still asking about the Beta. As mentioned there is no beta version available currently. The old Beta was replace with the newer v4.00.4. What you need to do is uninstall the old beta. And install the latest full release version. Which is supersede the beta version.
