Unlock/Lock Secondary PCs

Since upgrading to MPC4 from MPC3, I can no longer unlock/lock my secondary PCs. I have the settings set on those to do so and encryption/passwords are correct, but it's not working at all. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?

It's important to know you have updated BOTH PCs to the exact same version of MP4 (the current release is 4.0.0.4, 'properties' for MultiplicityConfig.exe)

Also, settings for this are done on both the Primary and Secondary

Primary

Secondary

Note: The 'password' there on the Secondary is the password for the Windows account, whatever the password is to log into the PC.

Hi. Those were settings I had in MPC3, but they do not appear the same in 4 unless I missed a click somewhere. I updated all PCs at the same time. they are all 4.0.0.4. My settings are:

I do have the password set across all PCs.

Hmmm, I activated a MP4 Base version and believe I am seeing what you are, that its missing from the Primary.

I have reported it and will let you know what we find (that the comparison matrix has that feature but should not or its missing from the Base version but should have it).

Thanks for the report.

Thank you. That would be good to know. I bought the upgrade I did based on the features I needed... so hopefully it is correct and just an error of some sort.

Hello,

As mentioned above by Sean, it has been logged internally and it will be look into, as for timing there is no definite timing yet. Hopefully soon.
