can’t see the beta download button for Start11

Hello, I can’t see the beta download button for Start11 in my downloads section. I can only see an other product I purchased (Fences). What should I do?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, beta download button will not appear on the product itself. You will need to go your account product download page to download it. From your account screenshot, It does not show you have Start11v2 in your account. Did you purchase Start11v2 under different account?

Most likely. But how can I find out under which account? Can this information be found somewhere within the depths of my Start11?

Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
