19.99 vs 29.99 Upgrade Difference

I want to upgrade Object Desktop. There are two choices:

1. When I log into my account and goto upgrade, it says the upgrade is $19.99.

2. When I use the link in your recent promotional email, it says the upgrade is $29.99. The only difference I see is that the $29.99 version is for 5 installs. Is this the difference between the two options or does the $19.99 version include the 5 installs?

When I select the link to upgrade the $29.99 version, it automatically indicates I have a subscription and the upgrade is $19.99.

Bottom Line:

1. What's the difference between the two different Object Desktop pricing options?

2. If the $19.99 option includes the 5 installs and all other features then I can just order this online?

3. If I need the $29.99 option, how do I order this online since it keeps saying the upgrade price is $19.99?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. From what you said above, I can conclude that when you first purchase Object Desktop, you paid 19.99 for it. That is why if you renew your subscription, you still be paying the same price. I believe the 29.99 is for user who are new to Object Desktop package. What you get is the same 5 activation for each listed product if you renew your sub (19,99). Hope that answer your question.
