Start11 doesn't show my all pinned apps

This is the classic Win11 menu. However Start11 only shows those:

Any idea why? Thanks

Are all those apps actually installed and functional links?

Start11 will not import links to apps which do not really exist other than stubs (aka advertising links)

Yes they are. But it's no problem anymore. I just manually added the ones I wanted.
