Is this Just me?

Alright... I downloaded SkinStudio and took one look at it... then tried to work with it... and I'm so confused. I gotta hand it to you authors. Editing and creating this stuff seems so damn complicated. I work with Photoshop and stuff at school... but I'm still lost as to how to make a good skin. Anybody know where I could find like video tutorials or something that would help clear how to work SkinStudio and create good content using Photoshop. Thx

On the menubar of SkinStudio, click Help > Help on the Internet. The links there will get you started, but don't feel bad, SkinStudio scares the bejeeperz out of everyone at first. It will get easier to understand with time, patience, and practice.......

bluecathode, skinning Windowblinds is indeed a heckovalot of work. Can easily take two weeks to a month to mak just one.

Dont give up...we all had to start somewhere(usually with the first one )Keep hacking away at it,it will get easier.A lot of questions get answered in the skinning discussions section.A great way to learn is to open up a skin you like and see how they did it.
