Searching for specific windowsblind skin

Hi! Im searching for this Windowsblind and i cant find it anywhere. I've searched and searched and nothing! Its a quite greenish-dark color skin with glowing white circle on the top-left corner. I could show a picture but i saw it from a video and i cant take pictures using the Print Screen button cuz the image shows all black. If someone could tell me the skin's name or where i can find it i would be grateful.
If is there a way i can take a screenie it would be easier for you to identify it.
