System Performance Meters 2 - CPU Issue

Can some please tell me what the correct setting is when you configure this option in the DesktopX Longhorn theme? I know I go under "data source" however, I'm unsure what to select under Performance Object, select counter and instances. I'm running Window XP pro on a laptop - if this information is required.

sorry I can't look right now (just got through with a reinstall of windows so I can put more space for linux on my computer...xp didn't like the resizing I did and decided not to start up)

maybe somebody else knows.

also try making the refresh rate higher so it dont refresh so fast and clik the "average between polls" box ..i messed with these 2 settings to bring the cpu meter back under control.. it was at first pegging my cpu between 30% and 80 %. now it acts more like sysmetrix .. smooth and steady ..
