downloads take to 404 page not found

from WinCustomize Forums
just recently whenever i clicked a download button it started taking me to a 404 page and it does this with all skins, anyone have any idea what may be causing this, i've never had any problems b4

Also, don't forget - If you had a title here before your nick, you may need to select it again, look under "Edit Account"
