Skinned scrollbars? Where?

I can't see any difference in the scrollbars. Everything else changes but the scrollbar. Why?

I think you need to have the full version of windowblinds for it to skin the scroll

What browser are you using?

China's right, the shareware version of WindowBlinds doesn't skin the scrollbars, and various other bits.
