Hello,

I have been a multiplicity user since 2013. 

For whatever reason, I never saw that Multiplicity 3 was released, nor did I get the chance to upgrade. Now that I know about it, I see offers for upgrade pricing but when I chose the upgrade link, apparently I don't qualify.

Would you please tell me if that is truly the case, and why? 

I have no objection to paying for good software (thus my 13-year and 11-year subscriptions to Multiplicity and Multiplicity Pro). That said, I'm surprised that as a 13-year Multiplicity customer (as well as DeskScapes), some discount would apply to Multiplicity 3.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
