error while uploading zip file

i got this error while uploading: "Error uploading file: Invalid format

The file : 'D:\Bilder\The Lion King\logon screen tools\Ferdige logins\LionKing_1.1_ftr.zip' is not allowed to be uploaded (Error 1010)"

what am i doing wrong? could it be my firewall?
