Icon License Issues

I downloaded a icon off of bing search, and used it for a cursor build on CursorFX. The license for the icon says it can be used for non commerical use. At first I thought, ok, fair use, right? No money changes hands, so I can use it for a cursorFX file, but then it occured to me that the cursor would need CursorFX to be installed, and since CursorFX costs money, it might turn out to be a commercial thing. Or am I overthinking things? The icon that I was think of using is a rainmeter icon, such as this:

However, since I am being careful not to step on any toes in regard to licensing and fair use, I thought I would post this to see what others have to say.

If you are concerned, change it enough so that it could not be construed as copied. Perhaps make the opening at the bottom a different shape and the curves at the top and the gradient different.

I have decided to run with my plan b alternative. There will be no issues. My original idea on a rainmeter cursor I will still utilize, but for my own personal use only. I think the alternative option will work better for purposes of uploading. Thanks, pelaird!

Yes. You are not selling it nor making money on it, and that is the meaning of "commercial".

pelaird's advice should suffice, and it's an easy solution.
