It's really easy.

You must have PSP or Photoshop though or a good graphic proggie.

I believe that it is possible to use mspaint, but that its a pain the butt. so you don't actually need a good graphics proggy because you can use the one that comes with your computer, but its much easier to use a good program.

trillian kona, trillian. you can do more then one im client with it. it supports icq and aim to name a couple of its abitities.
