Where Can I get Icons for my ObjectDock

I am trying to find icon to replace those of photoshop and flash etc.
Oh another thing why is it that when I change the icon on an odject when I restart it changes back.Please help me I am new to all this.

I don't know... I heard if you change the icon... wait let me not tell you. I think on the Help Message board you might find something on that subject. That is where I saw it.
