Unable to uninstall Fences

Cannot get rego as ISP has stopped email used to register

I am unable to get my old rego as my ISP has stopped email services -  thus I want to uninstall Fences. When I run uninstall I get message 'Invalid start mode archive filename.' and I cannot delete the Fences folder as I get a message that Fences is used by another application.

My previous login was beedub at internode.on.net or adelaide.on.net

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. First you should be able to purge Fences from your system using the purge part of this guide: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling. Just make sure to reboot after the purge is done.

Second, on your email account issue, you can change your email account by using this guide: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1260585015/Changing+your+email+address
