Multiplicity with Zoom

Audio missing in Zoom sessions

I have a Zoom system which has 4 video ports for our boardroom. When I tried RDP the video went away immediately upon connection. I tried Multiplicity and the video was OK. However during the full test there is no audio. When I run the microphone test it works great, but the other user does not hear me, and I do not hear them. Video is fine. Is there possibly a setting that would correct this? Thanks,

Update, I was able to modify two settings in the Audio - Advance Settings dialog and it works great now.
