I have been using your software since the time you began. Over the years your products have aided me and made life easier using the computer. Yea, I haave had problems n the past, but they were resolve quickly. Time passes and so do employees and other people, they are replaced by new hires; who may or may not give a crap about the industry or people. This has happen at Stardock. This is the tenth and finaL email ( MAKING THIS ONE PUBLIC ) place here so everyone can see what is happening. I have attempted to install Fences 5, since my re-purchase some months ago and have been unable. The damn thing will not register. I have formatted, reformatted and reformatted ....change computers regormatted that one, and even went to a friends house...downloaded the program and the POS still would not register.

Furthermore, I just discovered that these products could be registered off line, something you were asked about in each of the ten emails you refused to answer. I began working and using computers in the sixties, and have never usderstood why people use pirated sopftware, until now. I use a pirated version of Fences 5 (but own an orginial that won't work) so am I stealing or just correcting Stardock refuses to address. If there were another company that had peoducts like yours, I would be knocking at their door.

Or this could be blames on Windows 10 and Windows !1, but my two different computers and my friends 3 different copies of Windows- a Dell, a HP, and an Asus different motherboards, different equipment and different versions of Windows. And before you go there, a fresh install of Windows then added Fences...did not work. The only thing I have not done is install the clone of Apples desktop Object Desktop... if I wanted crap all over the desktop I would not be interested in Fences or WOULD BE MADLY INLOVE WITH WINDOWS CRAP OS  that block out your desktop if the mouse hits certain spots on the taskbar.
