two licences for two computers, the activation works for the one but does not for the other

I have two Fence 5 licenses and am using them on two computers. I could successfully activate a license on a computer with no problem hereafter, but I could not do the same for the other computer, in which every time I boot the computer, the fence 5 requires me to input its product key. When the key is provided, the app says the activation is successful, but it's not so. When I try to access a fence on my desktop, the window asking me to input my product key reappears. Furthermore, oddly, some fences work ok, but others do not. The fences that show the problem mentioned above are the ones I created recently. I do not know what is happening and need someone's help. I registered the licenses with the same e-mail address.
