Object Dock cant make a shortcut to folder

from WinCustomize Forums
if i would make a shortcut to an folder and it should work like it work in OS X or Y'z Dock ... !
But nothing work like this ... it doesnt make shortcut du folder ...
why ??
or what did i do wrong ????

Had you bothered to look, just a bit down the page, you would have found a thread titled;

"How do I select a folder as target in Object Dock??"

This might seem like a daft question, but when I go to select a folder as a target in Object Dock it just opens the folder to reveal contents. Another words it will only let me select .exe files even though it says Select a program, file or folder.

Any ideas??

just type in the path of the folder in the link box. no need for the explorer.exe there. the newer objectdock will let you do without the explorer link.

yeah thats the easiest way, but I always ended up dropping the folder on the desktop sometimes and my computer didn't always like that.

for example ... drag and drop doesnt work, then always the dock craches down !
why is it in object dock just a long way to make a shortcut to folder ... y'z makes it without any trouble !?!?

Drag and Drop works perfectly for me. Try the method Travis suggests.
