Somebody remembers the called game Pipe Dream that was to make pipes so that the water was not spilled?

I am looking for it if somebody please has to send it it by mail ? or to pass the Link to me of where I can downlload it?

As far as I can tell there are no freeware versions available on the net. I did find the original arcade game at an arcade emulation site, but you must own the ROM in order to use it legally (I consider those sites as warez sites).
