Actually this thread was, well, meant to be taken lightly. It was sarcastic, not a "bash thread"... anyone with a sense of humor would find this funny, and then let it go. But people took it seriously, and it got out of hand.

I don't think it's whether or not somebody has a sense of humor or not, but I think it's the fact that there are actually people out there crazy enough to say something like your post and actually mean it, and they love to be vocal about their hatred of Microsoft and the superiorities of their OS because unlike Windows, it was made with "love."

TSF: I would, really, but I regret a large portion of what I said during our past routs. All they accomplished was giving you pseudo-predictions to beat me with later, and alienating someone I considered to be a friend, believe it or not. I tend to do that a lot around here, used to anyway.

As for cheese, I got a Stilton the other day that would make you weep. I go back the next week and they tell me they only get it once a year around the holidays. I look at the guy and ask if there is anything comparable and he just smirks... Anyway, I got some Cabrales and it was almost as good, but didn't hold a candle. Had I to do it over I would have just gotten a good gorgonzola and been happily plebian...

Thanks, guys. I always wanted to do suites, but at this point the idea of doing a suite of mainstream apps is almost futile solo with the complexity. I've never collaborated much, but I have some ideas along those lines, actually.

I farted around and lost my web space, and I kind of need to set my site back up in order to accomplish what I want to do. The holidays wiped me out (financially and otherwise), but I hope to have something going in the next little bit. Where are the Medici when you need them? Patrons aren't what they used to be...
