Pin folder menu right aligned

Is there a way to have to have the pinned folder menu on Start 11 v2 right aligned. (Much like the extra toolbars you could have on Windows 10.)

Hello,

Which Start11v2 menu style you're referring?

Thank you.

"Configure Start11..."  --> "Taskbar pins"  --> "Pin folder menu"
I would prefer this new menu item to be right aligned like when you added extra toolbars in Windows 10;

Hello,
I don't think there is an option for that. However, I have forwarded your request to the Stardock Support Team for their review and recommendations. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We really do appreciate your feedback, Thanks

Hello,

This is one crucial feature though that is important to our business workflow that we have lost since the upgrade to Win11.

Bumping this up as im sure there are many who would love to be able to have a pinned folder to be able to be pinned to the far right of the taskbar to emulate the feature that was lost from Win10.

Can anybody advise this being part of a future release?

thanks

I'm not sure this feature would even be possible with Start11v2, but there might be some workarounds.

How many pinned folder menus do you use?

How are you using pinned folder menus? Access to specific folders, or custom folders with specific apps, folders, and files for easy access?

Are you trying to replicate the "Quick Launch Toolbar" from Windows 10?

Let me know the answers to these questions, and I will try to provide you with viable solutions.

I second this request! With the start menu now able to contain links again, it would be very handy to be able to access links from the right side of the screen as well.  Thanks.

Hi Pelaird,

We have a whole bunch of VNC connections that would launch easily from the right hand side menu, and yes it was 'quick launch'.

I've managed to replicate it in Start11 but can only place it with the rest of the icons. I'd like to be able to pin to the right hand side where we are so used to accessing from Win10 quick launch. This would be an amazing feature to this software and one that cannot be worked around in stock standard Win11 at present.

thanks :)

Have you looked at Stardock's ObjectDock 3? I use it to replicate the Windows 10 Quick Launch. I have created a dock with all the shortcuts I need and then placed it all the way to the right at the bottom of the screen, just above the system tray. I also set it to auto hide, so that it pops up when I drag my mouse to the bottom of the taskbar. There is a 30  day free trial if you are interested.

Take a look here: https://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/
