Unable to activate Fences 5

Yesterday I upgraded from Fences 4 to Fences 5 subscription and am unable to activate. Error code -212

I have followed the instructions and deleted %ProgramData%\Stardock\ as per these instructions but it makes no difference. Error: 212 or Product Keeps Prompting to Activate - Documentation - Stardock Help Center

I have also uninstalled/reinstalled Fences 5 but also no difference.

Please advise a fix, or provide refund so i can go back to Fences 4.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Just to check, you did try to activate Fences 5 with its own Fences 5 key, yes?

Please use this guide to review your activation and deactivate old activation to create empty slot for new activation.

If that still fail. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Thanks, but deactivate/reactivate made no difference, still generating error code -212. Ticket raised: SSN-68497
