Help with uninstall!

I have been recently had problems with windows styles and have decided to uninstall. I went to uninstall it and I recieved the message "Could not open INSTALL.LOG file". I tried to do a system restore several times but, has failed everytime. Your help would be greatly appreciated! BTW I have a windows xp system if that is needed to be known.

You'll need to install the prog again (yes, I know it sounds daft - but trust me) over the top of itself, then do the un-install. Sounds like the Windows installer is locked. The 'install.log' file is not part of Windows and will not be recovered by a system restore.

Can happen with any software that has a bad install. Doesn't always work, but sometimes if you re-install over the existing install, the uninstall right after that'll work, but the you've got to clean-up the registry with Norton's or similar product after. Stardock also has a little proggie for cleaning up remnants left by their software I think.

Other option is the email Stardock Support
or wait to see if someone else has a better solution
