Can't Download

There's a 50 meg download cap for nonsubscribers to the site or those who do not have registered versions of WC/SD apps. But usually when that limit's been met you get a notice telling you something like you've reached your limit and to get unlimited downloads you need to subscribe to WC ($20 for 2 years). You're just getting an "unautorized" notice? No pitch for the subscription? Might be a technical glitch if you haven't reached the 50 meg cap.
