Icon packs? where do i install them to?

can someone tell me where i install icon packs? i downloaded a theme that includes an icon pack, but like all others, it doesnt tell you where to put it. thanks for replying.

but like all others, it doesnt tell you where to put it.

Each library has links to Help, and the programs needed to use items in that library.
You need IconPackager.

The lawsuit essentially asks for a declaration that TGT Soft can use Stardock’s IconPackager theme format without liability. This incident began last month with the first beta of Style XP 2.0 which had a button labeled “Add an Icon Pack”
