Cannot load KVM mode

I've purchased the licence for Multiplicity with KVM pro. But it will not allow me to load KVM mode, and no KVM option appears in the side bar or in the icon in the windows status bar. It USED TO on my old computer, however. Have I done something wrong? Can you please enlighten me? Thanks!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Needd to clarify something first. When you purchased license for Multiplicity KVM Pro, did you received a new license key for it? If you did, did you activate your Multiplicity using those key? And The popup mentioned that it is not activated appeared?

Also, if you use this guide to check your activation status, does your Multiplicity KVM Pro show that your PC actually activated in its listing? https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#reviewactivations

The about page of Multiplicity should indicate what level of license is in use based on the letters at the end of the build number.  What does it say exactly?

It says Build 00105.km

It worked perfectly before I formatted my computer and lost everything. I downloaded multiplicity again and retrieved my key by logging in. So that shouldn't be an issue, should it?

Update : I uninstalled multiplicity, rebooted my comptuer, then reinstalled it. It works perfectly now!
