Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I been running CoreTemp 1.18.1 on my system with Start11v2 without issue. Refer screenshot below. Coretemp autoload every startup.

Would like to suggest to try uninstall Start11, reboot immediately, re-download latest version again from your product account page. Install it, reboot again, retest and report back.

Thank you for your response. I see that this symptom is due to my environment.

I will look into other causes.

Does your windows event log show anything about a crash at the time?
