Femces 3 activation

I am unable to activate fences with my Stardock account.  I receive a message saying it's currently active on a different computer.  The other computer has failed and I have no way of deactivating on the failed and (destroyed) old computer. I'd like to use Fences on my new computer.  Need assistance please!
