KVM hangs

Hello Support,

While we use KVM Mode on primary display. If I lock the computer for 1-2 hrs (I've settings once locked computer display turns off after 10 min, No standby or sleep), and I unlock the computer after 1 hr. The KVM screen shows the secondary display. But the mouse not moving within the screen. If I disconnect the KVM screen and connect again the same. But normal mode (seamless) like moving cursor from one display to another display works fine.

Primary: Win11 x64, Secondary: Win10 x64

If primary display has 1920*1200 and secondary display has 1920*1080, While I try to KVM mode from secondary to connect primary I shows dark screen.. How to fix it?.
