Start11 Max Limit pinned apps?

So is there a max limit to pinned apps? For whatever reason, the latest pinned apps are hiding under "All Programs" button but its not possible to scroll down or anything. Is this a bug or is there some kind of setting i have missed? I thought it would just resize to hold more apps.
