Cannot be activated?!

Multiplicity Cannot be activated. Currently activating on another computer.

If you click Continue, other computers will be deactivated and activation will proceed on this computer.

.....

But I keep pressing the button but I can't proceed any further.

I press the button, but nothing happens and it doesn't proceed to the next step.

I have never activated this software on another PC and have continued to use this software on that PC.

However, after this error occurs, it can no longer be used.
