In my opinion this should reward a colony ship, but instead it rewards a constructor. What is your opinion?
I said the same thing way back in the early beta. Seems it never got fixed [e digicons]*_*[/e]
Or they never thought it needed fixed.
Constructors used to require citizens, I suspect that it is why it reads this way.
Well, they were wrong - a shipload of slaves doe not a constructor make [e digicons][/e]
