Ordering did not go well. My Giro account has currently been debited twice €7.99

I have confirmation of 4 serial numbers.

I have no idea what the hell I did/

How are we going to solve this??

I also paid with Paypal, which is 2 payments.

Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
