They hide this setting here of the screenshot so only no i was able to open a new instance of Chrome! and they have it turned of by default. they make 1000 settings that no one asked for and the most basic thing - filling in a complete zone of fancy zone of powertoys is not even working.

Please stop posting about the fancy zones issue.  You have raised it elsewhere and unfortunately so far we cannot reproduce it.  Unfortunately despite being asked for extra information you have chosen not to provide it.

That option is disabled by default because many apps do not support it and there is no way to know what app will or will not.  Hence the word 'try' in the description.

You can also enable it on a per app basis from the right click menu.
