I ordered one product while on a separate tab for 5.99. I added a product from a different tab for 39.00 dollars looking for a coupon or discount. I closed the tab for the 39-dollar product and went back to the original tab in which I had started the purchase for the 5.99 product and completed the purchase only to find that at the end of the process, I was billed for both items even though the total listed was 5.99. I have not found a way to get to customer service just yet so I am posting this to see if I get a response. I did contact Paypal and filed a complaint. I also looked in my Stardock account and it does not even show a purchase.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
