Explorer enhancement settings not staying toggled

so for some reason on multiple computers, the explorer enhancement setting for the middle mouse click invokes selected items and to navigate along with newly opened folders via middle click should be added to the current tab group staying on every time I turn them on I click the x and reopen group (keep in mind its running in the background) i go back and its off

The about Windows tells me it is Windows 11 version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.2134 system specs are i7-10870H with 40 gigs of ddr 4 memory at 2667MHz a 1TB C drive and a 3060 mobile

This issue has been found and resolved for the next release.

The setting is being saved, the UI is simply not reflecting the current choice correctly when reopened.
